Sarah Orrell

The Emergency Services Legal Team is headed by Sarah Orrell. Sarah has over 12 years experience in family law and is a member of Resolution. She has developed a particular expertise in relation to divorces for police officers and other members of the emergency services, with a detailed knowledge of public sector pensions. Should a pension actuarial report be requested, Sarah is also able to recommend those most suitable to public sector pension schemes.

Sarah undertakes all areas of family law including divorce, financial settlements, disputes regarding the arrangements for children and cohabitation disputes. In particular she has dealt with many complex financial settlements involving high net worth individuals and business assets. Sarah has also had experience representing the Health & Safety Executive/Emergency Services in court actions and investigations.

Sarah has excellent knowledge of the Chelmsford County Court and understands the local Judges’ views on family matters.

Richard Randall
