Many individuals are familiar with the Legal Aid scheme, but are unaware that the legal costs incurred under this scheme are often repayable by you upon conclusion of your case, plus interest currently at 8%. There is no way of knowing accurately how much these might be. We recognise that this gives cause for uncertainty.
