Leonard Gray’s Commercial team deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Although it is true to say that the general principles of most transactions are broadly similar, we consider that there is no substitute for taking an active interest in the individual needs of all our clients, which we recognise will be different in each case. We understand that every transaction bears its own individual nuances and this has led to our team developing specialist knowledge in specific fields. For example, the team has acted in the acquisition and disposal of pubs, hotels, care homes, children’s nurseries, defunct petrol stations, farms and various service/retail sites.
