Colin Smith

Colin is the Senior Mediator who leads the Leonard Gray Mediation group of Mediators. He is a solicitor partner with 25 years qualified experience in family law and 17 years qualified experience in mediation.

London Court of Appeal Mediation Panel Member.

Principal Practice Supervisor approved and accredited to supervise other mediators accredited by Family Mediators Association and "Resolution".

Family Mediators Association Accredited Member.

Member Association of Lawyers for Children.

Accredited "Resolution" Collaborative Lawyer.

Colin regularly mediates complex issues arising in divorce in connection with children issues, grounds for divorce, and high net worth financial cases.

Colin has in depth experience and understanding of company/partnership/commercial issues arising from family businesses; Trusts; foreign property; cohabitee cases and civil partnership cases.

Jo Walker

Jo is the first point of contact for clients and professionals, whether it is within the Mediation Offices or over the telephone.

She has a sympathetic and understanding manner with a good knowledge of the Legal Services Commission's requirements and the dreaded disclosure documents.

Jo does everything to facilitate the right ambience for mediation to take place in terms of the atmosphere within the waiting rooms, of which there are two if separate waiting rooms are preferred, and any provision for the actual mediation meetings themselves.
