Elyse Pearson is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property team at Leonard Gray Solicitors, having joined the firm in January 2026.
Elyse advises a wide range of clients on non-contentious commercial property matters, including new commercial leases, lease renewals and assignments, acquisitions and disposals, private loan agreements, and both voluntary and statutory lease extensions. She also has experience advising on property finance transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers on secured lending matters.
Known for her pragmatic and commercially focused approach, Elyse works closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide clear, practical advice throughout the transaction process.
