At Leonard Gray Solicitors, our experienced team of Probate solicitors provide advice with understanding and sensitivity when winding up and administering estates. We understand a family member or close friend passing away is one of life’s worst events and is an extremely difficult time for the relatives of the deceased. We do our utmost to make the process as straightforward and stress free as possible.

Leonard Gray is able to help with all of the issues arising in such a situation; from dealing with inheritance tax, obtaining a Grant of Probate to closing accounts and dealing with property as well as the distribution of assets in accordance with the terms of a Will.

In sorting out the financial and other matters after someone has passed away, we know the formalities that need to be dealt with for probate and can do this efficiently and properly. There might be Inheritance Tax or possibly trusts issues which come up. We know how difficult things can be and we strive to make sure we relieve whatever burden we can.

We can deal with the whole of an estate for you in a swift and practical manner. We will make sure that all of the assets and money is drawn in and paid to the right people. We will finalise all tax matters properly. We know what difficulties to look out for and will provide a sympathetic ear throughout.
