We continue to monitor and review our working practices in light of Government and Public Health England guidance during this pandemic. Whilst we strive for a high level of uninterrupted service for our clients we are also taking steps to minimise the risk of infection to both our clients and staff.
As a result, our offices are now closed to clients until further notice. However, our staff will continue to be working from home and are fully functional, both on their emails and by an automated telephone system during working hours, to minimise the impact on your case.
Meetings will be conducted by video call (via “Skype” or other suitable providers) or, where able to do so, by telephone.
Documents received through the letterbox at the offices will be scanned to the person dealing with your case and dealt with in the normal manner. We will continue to post documents, when required, and for as long as this remains possible.
Due to the nature of the work involved, the Mediation department will be closed completely until further notice.
