Charley West
Charley is a newly qualified Solicitor in our Private Client team, bringing a friendly and supportive approach to every client she works with. Charley joined the firm in March 2025 and is experienced in private client matters, including the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Understanding that discussions around Wills and estate planning can be sensitive, Charley is committed to making the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. She offers a proactive approach, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.
In addition to her expertise in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Charley is experienced in Inheritance Tax planning and Land Registry applications, including First Registrations and Assents. Her commitment to best practice is reflected in our accreditation to the Law Society’s Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQs), demonstrating her dedication to delivering expert advice with the highest standards of client care.
As a Dementia Friend, Charley is passionate about raising awareness and understanding of dementia, helping to support clients and their families through the challenges it brings.
Outside of work, Charley enjoys running and has even completed the London Marathon, raising money for Parkinson’s UK.
